For retail customers:
Currently , the areas where we cannot provide delivery services include all non-contiguous U.S. territories. These regions are not covered under our shipping policy and include, but are not limited to: Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Wake Island, and others
Your total shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout together with the total sum of the products you have selected. For addresses located in Remote Areas and Extended Remote Areas (as defined by the carrier), free shipping is not applicable.
Your order will be directly shipped from our facilities in China and Switzerland, and delivered to your location via USPS ground transportation.
We currently offer the following USPS shipping options:
-USPS Ground – The guaranteed time for delivery is 5-12 business days after the package has left our warehouse and each shipment will include tracking information. The package will require an Adult Signature* upon delivery for some states and we offer no deliveries to PO Boxes.
*Due to recent internal management changes at USPS, you might experience longer shipping times. We understand how inconvenient this can be and are actively working on solutions to mitigate the delays. Your patience and support mean a lot to us as we navigate through these challenges. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday with the excepition of national public holidays. It is our ambition and goal to ship all orders within 48 hours after payment has been received and accepted. However, delays can occur if we are waiting for a product to be re-stocked or if there is order information that needs to be updated by the customer.
Once your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number and information on where you can trace your parcel.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is important be meticulous when providing a shipping address for your order – always double check the information before completing your order! This is because if a shipment has left our warehouse with an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered. No refunds or re-ships will be issued for faulty addresses.
If we discover an error in your address while processing your order, please send us an email to Service@NicoLabGlobal.com as soon as possible so we can make the correction before the goods leave the warehouse.
